ABOUT US

The Spring Development Initiative (TSDI) is an international organization committed to empowering young leaders working towards increased citizen participation in governance, and improved health, economic and educational attainment in their communities. We provide training and development, mentoring and collaboration, and access to scholarships and investments.

We partner with these local change makers and community leaders and offer the capacity building, collaborative forums and seed funding they need to implement strong governance systems and to improve the education, economic and health attainment of their communities. Our programs focus on training and supporting selected community leaders to develop, implement and scale innovative products, services, and action plans for key policies and target populations.

TSDI is a 501(c)(3) public charity, incorporated in the state of Washington and registered with the Washington Secretary of State’s Charities Office. Our EIN is 82-3856389.

We work in four impact areas - governance, education, healthcare and economic development to support grassroots change makers in the United States and in low and middle income countries.

STRATEGIC GOAL – We aspire to develop an international network of community leaders who are empowered to successfully drive and improve governance, health, entrepreneurship and educational development in their communities.
